The website customwinedisplays.com is operated by Xiamen Zaolunzhi Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Custom Wine Displays, Xiamen, China (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Quote requests: name, email, country, project details and, if you choose to provide them, your company, WhatsApp number, customer type, project type, quantity and any drawings or photos you upload.
- WhatsApp and email: anything you send us directly.
We use this information to reply to you, review your project, prepare drawings and quotations, and carry out orders you place. Your project details and files may be shared with the manufacturer in China that produces our cabinets, only for the purpose of reviewing, quoting and producing your project.
How the form is processed
Quote requests are stored in our website’s administration area and sent to our inbox by email. Uploaded files are kept in a protected folder on our web server that is not publicly accessible.
Information collected automatically
When you arrive from an ad or a link, we record the campaign parameters in the address (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid), the page you landed on and the referring site, and attach them to your inquiry so we can see which campaigns work. Our hosting provider processes your IP address for security and spam prevention.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel and Hotjar, to measure visits, ad performance and how the site is used. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and these tools run in a restricted mode until consent is given. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process inquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and analytics and advertising data on the basis of your consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry records and files for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting order, and for record keeping required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms) and with the manufacturer as described above. These providers may process data outside your country, including in China and the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing info@customwinedisplays.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
